Victim Services Unit:
The Elizabeth Police Department (EPD) is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services available to victims of crime and tragedy. We provide immediate crisis intervention and support for victims and survivors of crimes in cases including but not limited to death, domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes.
We ensure that victims are aware of their rights under the Colorado Law and offer information about the Victims Rights Act and the Crime Victim Compensation Act. We help all victims and survivors with emotional support, long-term support services available within our community and step-by-step assistance through the criminal justice system.
The Victim Services Unit is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
