Tree Limbs: ****NEW TO ELBERT COUNTY RESIDENTS:****
Elbert County Chipper Project - Chipper hours of operation: Fridays and Saturdays from 9 AM - 5 PM.
No chipper loads will be unloaded unless the chipper operator is present.
Prices for limbs brought in & Mulch to purchase:
Small pickup or trailer load - $6.00
Larger pickup or trailer load - $8.00
Extra large trailer load - $20.00
(Note: Residents that bring in materials for chipping pay chipper fee only then may take home an equal amount of mulch for free.)
The chipper project will chit down November - March, depending on weather.
Loads containing any materials other than tree limbs less than eight inches in diameter will be refused.
Loads must be securely tied down. No smoking will be allowed on the Elbert County Compactor grounds.
Children and pets must remain in the vehicles at all times.
